If your webshop purchase is missing, the payment may not have completed or may still be processing.
Possible Causes
- Payment is pending
- Payment was canceled
- Delay in processing
- Connection issue
- Purchase was made on a different account
How to Fix It
Step 1: Check for a Receipt
- Check your email for a receipt from FastSpring
Step 2: If You Did NOT Receive a Receipt
The payment is likely pending or canceled.
- Contact FastSpring Support
Step 3: If You DID Receive a Receipt
Your payment was successful.
- Make sure you purchased on the correct account
- Restart the game
- Check your account again
What to Do If It Still Doesn’t Work
If you received a receipt but did not receive your purchase, please submit a ticket and include:
- Receipt
- Account email
- Date of purchase
- Item purchased
- Platform (Webshop)
