If you made a purchase on iOS but did not receive your item, the payment may still be processing or may not have completed.
Possible Causes
- Payment is still pending
- Payment was canceled by Apple
- Temporary connection issue
- Delay in delivery from the App Store
How to Fix It
Step 1: Check for a Receipt
- Open your email inbox
- Look for a receipt from Apple
Step 2: If You Did NOT Receive a Receipt
This usually means the payment did not complete.
- Contact Apple Support to check your payment status
Step 3: If You DID Receive a Receipt
Your payment was successful.
- Restart the game
- Check your account again
What to Do If It Still Doesn’t Work
If you received a receipt but did not receive your purchase, please submit a ticket and include:
- A copy of your receipt
- Your account email
- Date of purchase
- Item purchased
- Platform (iOS)
