How to Fix It
Step 1: Check for a Receipt
- Check your email for a receipt from Google Play
Step 2: If You Did NOT Receive a Receipt
This means the payment is likely pending or canceled.
- Contact Google Play Support
Step 3: If You DID Receive a Receipt
Your purchase was successful.
- Restart the game
- Check if the item appears
What to Do If It Still Doesn’t Work
If you received a receipt but did not receive your purchase, please submit a ticket and include:
- Receipt
- Account email
- Date of purchase
- Item purchased
- Platform (Android)
