Opt in to marketing emails to get Metalstorm news, event announcements, and offers, including the monthly PvP Recap email with a promo code. We only send marketing emails to players who opt in.
How to opt in
- Go to settings ☰ in your app.
- Click on "Starform ID".
- Click on "Marketing Options".
- Check the box allowing Starform to send you marketing emails and hit subscribe.
Emails go to the address on your Starform ID. Add info@playmetalstorm.co to your contacts so they don’t land in spam.
How to opt out
Select Unsubscribe at the bottom of any marketing email, or turn the setting off on the same page you used to opt in.
You’ll keep receiving login codes and replies from support. Those aren’t marketing emails and can’t be turned off.
Not getting emails after opting in?
- Check your spam folder, and Gmail’s Promotions tab.
- Emails are sent on a schedule, so the first one may take a while. The PvP Recap email goes out monthly.
- The PvP Recap email isn’t sent to players in India, China, Mexico, or the Philippines.
