Metalstorm doesn’t use passwords. Your Starform ID is the email address you registered with, and each time you log in on a new device or the Web Shop, we email you a one-time login code.
What is a Starform ID?
Your Starform ID is simply your registered email address. One Starform ID can hold more than one pilot profile, so make sure you pick the right profile after logging in. See Wrong account? Switching pilot profiles.
We don’t currently support logging in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or other accounts. Your Epic Games account also doesn’t create a Metalstorm account. On PC you still log in with your Starform ID.
Logging in on a new device
Open Metalstorm and choose to log in with your Starform ID.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Check your inbox for an email from login-no-reply@starform.co with the subject Metalstorm Login Code.
- Enter the code in the game.
- If you have more than one pilot profile, choose the one you want to play.
Can I change my password?
There’s no password to change. The login code replaces it, and a new code is sent every time you log in.
Keeping your account safe
- Only you should have access to the email address on your Starform ID.
- Never share your login code. Starform Support will never ask you for it.
- If you’re still playing as a guest, register your account now so your progress isn’t tied to one device.
